Booking Policy:
- A deposit of £30 will be required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits go toward the total cost of your treatments or products.
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after this time will result in loss of deposit.
Terms and Conditions of Courses:
- Full payment is required at the first treatment session.
- If the client is unable to complete the course, a refund may be issued. Any refund will be subject to deductions based on the full individual price of the treatments already received.
